The purpose of the data processing is to attend the request made by the interested party through the form and to send him/her commercial advertising communications by electronic means of GNARUM products and services related to the activity sector of development of software solutions for the energy sector when the interested party has expressly authorized it.

Processing based on the data subject’s consent.
The processing described below is voluntary for the data subject, so the data subject may expressly authorize the processing of his/her data by GNARUM, by ticking the corresponding boxes, for the following purposes:
To attend the request made by the interested party through the form.
Send to the user commercial advertising communications by electronic means of GNARUM products and services related to the sector of activity of development of software solutions for the energy sector when the interested party has expressly authorized it.
Processing based on legitimate interest:
Exclusion from sending commercial and advertising communications to keep the minimum essential data of the interested party, in order to identify him/her and adopt the necessary measures to avoid sending commercial and advertising communications when requested by the interested party.

The data subject’s personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except when there is a legal obligation to disclose them to the competent public authorities and/or for the fulfillment of requests made by them.
Rights
The interested party has the right to ask GNARUM for access to his/her personal data, its rectification, deletion, limitation to the treatment and opposition. You also have the right to withdraw the consent given for the processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal, and the right to portability of your personal data, in the cases where legally appropriate.

The personal data that have been provided by the interested party to contact GNARUM and request information, will be kept by GNARUM as long as the processing is maintained and as long as its deletion is not requested by the interested party.
When the interested party has expressly authorized the sending of advertising information about GNARUM products and services, the data will be kept by GNARUM as long as the processing is maintained and as long as its deletion is not requested by the interested party.
