Purposes of Processing

The purpose of processing the data is to assess and, where applicable, allow the data subject’s participation in recruitment processes carried out to fill vacant or newly created positions at GNARUM.


Legitimacy of the treatment

The legal basis for the processing of the data by GNARUM is the consent given by the data subject through acceptance of the corresponding checkbox prior to submitting the completed form to GNARUM.


Recipients of the Data

The personal data of the data subject will not be disclosed to third parties, except where there is a legal obligation to communicate such data to the competent public authorities due to the subject matter and/or in response to requests made by them, or where the data subject has expressly authorized such disclosure.


Rights

The data subject has the right to request from GNARUM access to their personal data, as well as rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection. The data subject also has the right to withdraw the consent granted for processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal, as well as the right to data portability, where legally applicable.

Data Retention Period

The data provided by the data subject will be retained by GNARUM for a period of two years from the date of receipt, unless the data subject requests its erasure before the end of such period. Once the indicated period has elapsed, GNARUM will proceed with its deletion or will request the data subject’s consent to retain it for an equivalent period if it considers that the data subject may be a suitable candidate for future recruitment processes carried out by the company.
